• Working as an Associate Engineer in TATA Communications Transformation Services Ltd (TCTSL) to work on challenging assignments in the field of telecommunication in Central Network Operation Center (CNOC) at Hyderabad.

• Configuring, monitoring and resolving different kind of network related problems for customer links like MPLS, DLC, ILL and PRI as well as GSM and CDMA sites.

• Collecting the RFO’s & ETR’s from field teams and transfer to internal teams like Uninor, DLC, ILL& MPLS.
