EDUCATION

University of Central Florida – B.S.B.A. Integrated Business

Currently studying to earn a bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business as a senior at the University of Central Florida. Studies in project management, human resource management, marketing and digital sales, business finance, data-driven decision making, Business Climate Analysis and transferable soft skills have all provided a strong foundation on which one can confidently and effectively plan, execute, and conclude a wide range of projects and initiatives.

The Project Management course was aligned with the Project Management Institute's methodology, and covered the process groups of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. It also addressed both waterfall and agile methodologies. During this course I led a team to complete a comprehensive project management plan to develop an augmented reality app for Pandera Systems including scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder, communication, procurement, and risk management plans. In addition, I formulated a project performance report using earned value management techniques.

In Applied Business Technologies I led a team to complete a Client Report for Green Phantom Eco Wash which analyzed external and internal business conditions to recommend a technology product which would make business volume needs easier to predict, thus making staffing more efficient by more than 20%.

EXPERIENCE

Auto Comp X Founder January 2016 - Present

I began Auto Comp X in 2016 as a fun project to share my passion for all things cars with other automotive enthusiasts. By hosting online contests through it’s website, Auto Comp X has gained a substantial following on social media and has resulted in invaluable partnerships with many automotive industry leaders.

Recently surpassed 22,000 loyal followers.

Built strong sponsor relationships with over 20 industry leading companies.

Over one million social media impressions per week and 150,000 website views per month on average.

Given over $4,000 in prizes in 2018 to our amazing contest winners.

Green Phantom Eco Wash LLC Managing Partner October 2014 - January 2018

I began building Green Phantom with my partner in 2014. During my time with Green Phantom we were able to grow from one location to 3, and built the highest rated car detailing team in Orlando.

Built a company with a startup cost of $2,800 to just over $350,000 in revenue in year 3 with zero debt or outside investments.

Launched a loyalty program that has grown to over 4,000 loyal customers.

Have grown an initial staff of two team members at one location into a strong team of 20 outstanding team members who shift between locations based on business needs.

Have made Green Phantom the highest rated car wash company in Central Florida according to Yelp and Google reviews through implementing consistent quality control measures during each customer’s experience in addition to targeted marketing campaigns.

Buffalo Wild Wings Assistant General Manager October 2011 - January 2014

I was appointed my first leadership role in the restaurant industry where I gained valuable experience in management at Buffalo Wild Wings. I spent time as a kitchen manager, bar manager, service manager, and assistant general manager leading a staff of over 75 individuals. Some of my focuses included:

Ensuring consistent high-quality experiences for all my customers through implementing inventory checks during different phases of food prep, and creative incentive programs to motivate service personnel to exceed expectations.

Manage multiple department level teams ranging from kitchen staff of 25 to service staffs of over 75 individuals during high volume sales which reached over $3,000,000 per year.

Recruited, trained, and further developed promising individuals for leadership roles in addition to strategically scheduling staff to maximize labor efficiency.
