This includes budget analysis and development, trend/change order proposal support, cost analysis, detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedule development and analysis, EVMS development and analysis, daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting, change control, and all related cost/schedule control duties. Areas of focus include Engineering schedules, detailed construction planning, rolling wave integration planning for 4-8-12 week rolling detail schedules and monthly variance analysis and reporting.
