Provided training as the Program Business/Financial System analyst for the BWR plant engineering and projects staff.

This position was the focal point for the business activities of $60M of Tank Waste Remediation System scope and budget at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation. Provided budget and cost analysis for the Defense High-Level Technology Office, B-plant project, Double Shell Tank/Single Shell Tank Retrieval Program, Pretreatment Program and Glass Vitrification project. Responsible for monthly performance (earned value) analysis, cost performance analysis, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development and maintenance, schedule resource loading and maintenance, work order analysis and processing, labor analysis, estimate at/to analysis. Contributed to the long range planning for Activity Data Sheet (5 year), Fiscal Year Work Plan and Tri Party Agreement cost and schedule milestone reporting. Maintained schedule resource and status, change control management, on and off site contract management inputs.
