Anka Behavioral Health, Inc. is a premiere supplier of Mental Health Services in the State of California. It manages over 75 programs in 60 facilities and cares for over 15,000 clients a year.
Responsible for all aspects of the IT systems for a 60 facility/1,100 user HIPAA regulated network. Act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership team in setting IT strategy. Managed a team that is responsible for network design, implementation, purchasing, client desktop support, and network security.
Key Contributions
Developed and maintained a 5-year strategic plan for the organization
Designed and developed a foundation architecture to meet Anka’s demanding growth model
Partnered with Department Heads, C-team and Board of Directors on a continuous basis
Developed and managed IT systems through the rigorous CARF certification
