* Developed, implemented and managed various HSE required work plans/procedures to include; updated hazard

protection program, hearing conservation program, emergency response and PPE assessment process.

* Screen contractors and sub-contractors through the RBF Contractor/Vendor process and monitored their HSE

contract compliance while performing construction/maintenance activities at the facility.

* Managed compliance reporting requirements for OSHA, EPA, and TCEQ, such as, Tier 2, Semi-annual fugitive

emission report, State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS), updating waste manifests and

OSHA 300 logs.

* Responsible for organizing, implementing and facilitating computer-based training program for over 60 employees.
