HR Manager (South)/Training Manager (Company Wide) (2015 to present) HR Manager (South) involves the following but not limited to :

Responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of a company's human resources department within the area/territory of South ( Manila-Rizal- Cavite-Batangas-Laguna);

Plans and propose to Top Management in coordination with the HR Director strategic human resource development plan that geared towards performance-driven culture ;

Manage implementations of cascaded Strategic Staffing plans, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, Financial Management, Labor and Employee Relations;

Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan for presentation/proposal to top management;

Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting;

Develops and support programs that enhance business performance through implementation of initiatives that align and translate to a performance-driven culture through core process improvements and culture shifts; and

Conducts monthly visits to branches to institutionalize “P2P: Person-to-Person” meet and greet as an effective tool for people retention. Career Objectives

Professional Experience

Training Manager (Company Wide) involves the following but not limited to

Strategically and Operational handles learning and development including competency based program that would equip employees to deliver goals.

Provides programs that enhance business performance through implementation of initiatives that align and translate to a performance-driven culture through core process (sales, operations and support group) improvements and culture shifts.

Conceptualize and propose roadmap for the Facilitation and Development of new Performance Management System in alignment to the Balanced Scorecard Management Information System;

Plans, manage, monitors, evaluates and recommends appropriate action for improvement to the Division Heads;

Development and Design of roll-out of learning programs as determined by the TNA conducted and presented for leaders and employees;

Propose and Conducts Focus Group Discussions with various Leaders and Employees to come-up with follow through development and other relevant interventions (i.e. improve relationship between management & employees, process improvement, etc.) needed by the organization;

Considers impact of designed training intervention, team plans and other improvements needed to improve service delivery and performance;

Coach in-house trainers as to the latest technique and skills in training through training, coaching and mentoring;

Conducts pre-program and post program analysis and presents finding and recommendations for other interventions identified; and

Conducts monthly visits to branches to institutionalize “P2P: Person-to-Person” meet and greet as an effective tool for evaluating personnel as to their progress on actual or hands-on implementation of tasks after completion of any intervention programs.

OD and HR Consultant (2013 to 2017)

Consultancy involves the following but not limited to :

Human Resource and Organizational Assessment that would lead to the conceptualization and presentation of learning and development curriculum based on conducted training needs analysis and discussions with requesting party

Coach and/or advise concern parties involved in Tactical Planning, Project Conceptualization and Implementation plan for Culture & Organizational Development, Change Management and Customer Service Excellence Project which will focus on transforming the organization to align with the corporate strategies that would deliver the bottom line result;

Collaborate with internal HR, identify possible Core, Leadership and Technical Competencies for the Company based on the review of available job descriptions, core business processes and discussions with various levels in the organization and match with current training needs and plans;

Manage, Supervise and assess implementation of the approved Training Plan and Matrix that would align with the Human Resource Development Plan of the organization;

Review, analyze and recommend customer service and service level agreement to enhance service and product delivery;
