With over forty years of experience in the computer and software industry, I have held positions where I had direct contact with customers delivering product support and enterprise application solutions. I have driven development project using both CMMI and Agile Scrum from project inception to the final phases of integration, verification and validation.

For the last seventeen years, the two ecosystems where I developed and support products were Microsoft .NET Frameworks and Linux. The development technologies were Visual Studio version 6 through 2017 using C#, VB.NET, C, and C++ for Microsoft Windows and Eclipse JAVA 7 for Red Hat. Both environments used Microsoft SQL Server. Project experience included Microsoft Access and SQL Server 2008 R2 through 2014 R2 where I was the designer, developer and administrator. Database interfaces used ADO.NET, ODBC, and Entity Framework. File implementation includes XML, XSLT, and XPath. Projects included Windows Forms, WPF, GDI+, and DirectX. Web ttt development included Windows ASP.NET Forms, MVC, using JavaScript, VBScript, AJAX, jQuery, Restful Web Services, CSS (1, 2, and 3) XSL Transformations. Project was to build a systems vulnerability scanner and remediation tool that was web based. The tool had to execute on both Windows 7 and Read Hat 5. The development environment was Java version 5 with Microsoft SQL Server 2014. My responsibilities were the secure communication including SFTP and SSH programmable and user command utilities.

Responsible for the development of a simplified command language. The language was used create dynamic scripts that perform the scanning and remediation procedures.

Installed and configured the Microsoft SQL Server 2014 database used in the project.

Created the Java classes that provides interface to the SQL database using JDBC.

Joint Interoperability Test Command, Fort Huachuca, AZ Mar 2012 – Jun 2014

Analyzed and developed requirements from supplied User Stories for Sprint Tasks definitions and documentation.

White Sands Missile Range, NM

Designed and generated web pages and graphics for the White Sands Missile Range public web site using the Adobe Creative Suite Dreamweaver and Fireworks applications to generate HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS (1-3).

I created system scripts to interrogate Windows system hardware and software configurations. Placed the information gained into SQL and Access databases, and created reports in Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet for the Information Assurance.

Gathered requirements from Stakeholder and generated a Software Requirements Specification for a system to track and manage classified information. Application development was Windows application written in C# with a SQL Server 2005. The application existed in both the classified and unclassified environments.

Developed a Geospatial application to replace a paper based system with a C# ASP.NET web based system where the information was retained in a SQL Server 2000 database that I designed and implemented. SQL components used in the implementation were SSIS(DTS) for data initialization, SSRS report generation, and SSME for implementation, security setting, performance monitoring. The application was created to capture the information and transmit it via web application services using SOAP.

Installed and configures Microsoft SQL Server versions 2000, 2005, and 2008 R2 with specific requirements of database and system security using Active Domain, System, and network configuration.
