Management

2005-Current Store Manager

Managed a team of approximately 175 employees. Manage labor budgets, store profitability and conditions. Responsible for shrink, employee morale, customer shopping experience, in stocks, friendliness, freshness, produce freshness, and meat freshness. Responsible to increase sales and improve store ratings. Chosen as the district standards store for Key Retailing.

2004-2005 Key Retailing DRT

Rollout the key retailing process, train all department heads in the district. Responsible for all stores passing certifications. Trained approximately 130 department managers and associated in the wave 1 process. Achieved the set goal of 80% or better for all 26 stores

2003-2004 Assistant Store Manager

2000-2003 CAO Manager

CAO rollout specialist for Fry’s division. Developed all training materials and trained selected district leaders. Acted as s liaison between the Fry’s Division and the General Office. Completed training within 6 months with complete training for stores. Head up the rollout team of 150 associates and managed the on call after hours system.

1999-2000 Technology

Developed the VIP pricing program to print on scale labels in the fresh departments. Responsible for training all associated in DSD, ISO, and PLUM Systems.

1994-1999 Grocery Manager

Oversee the overnight store operations including issuing staff assignments and creating production lists. Followed merchandizing plans, discarded expired stock, refilled and rotated items, verified all deliveries against invoices and completed shortage and overage reports.
