Responsible for capital project management and process control, mechanical engineering and electrical control and utility management. Troubleshooting and the maintenance of all mill process control and field instrumentation systems, auxiliary systems such as high speed conveying systems, banding, packing, sorting, high speed cutting, pasting, labeling, pasting and palletizing systems along multiple auxiliary systems . Responsible for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance process for the mill process control and field instrumentation systems, . Develops and leads process control improvements, energy savings projects, stock prep, coating, starch, pulp, refiners, primary and secondary systems wait treatment, save all systems head boxes etc. manage consulting engineering companies, vendors, and contractors on assisted projects. Training in systems calibration, vibration analysis, IR analysis, and all areas of process control and instrumentation. RCM, RCFA, Six sigma, 5s, implementation of in house training and cost savings reducing dependence on outside services. Write design specifications, define the scope for projects, maintaining and improving maintenance and reliability systems, aiming to improving business metrics such as product quality, cost labor efficiency, machine downtime, product waist, equipment and personnel productivities, PLC/HMI and structured programming and DCS programming, and storing operations by prioritizing manufacturing necessities.

Trained per German Engineering apprenticeship program which trains engineers to handle all phases of projects from the design and procurement of all equipment, assembly and testing, commissioning and service. Taking care of all customer issues on my projects from startup on.
