Managed B2C, B2B marketing, creative and product development for Sun Sentinel, SunSentinel.com, WSFL-TV and Orlando Sentinel. Oversaw commercial production for WSFL-TV advertisers. Managed 22 person staff consisting of Product Developers, Web/Content Producers, Designers, Copywriters, Marketing Managers, Event Producers, Media
Buyer and Sr. TV Producer to create and execute initiatives, manage websites and create breakthrough strategies and tactics throughout Florida properties.
• Created the “How Can We Help You?” campaign which lead to Sun-Sentinel being most read Sunday newspaper
in Florida.
• Produced TV advertising for clients with media buys on WSFL-TV, responsible for writing, shooting and editing
through to final production. Worked directly with clients on all creative.

months by implementing event marketing, new creative, content and SEO strategy.
• Expanded media exposure of newspaper to 131 million impressions at cost of $900K compared to 30 million
impressions for $650K previous year after overall budget cut of 50% by consolidating remaining budget and
negotiating with local media company versus individual radio stations. Created cohesive template radio
campaign to be used across all stations to take advantage of demographic focus.

restructure plan of creating and launching in-house advertising agency while developing / hiring highly effective
