Lead day-to-day work activities by delegating authority, prioritizing assignments and work schedules for hourly staff and completing weekly payroll in Kronos timekeeping system.

Responsible for taking daily inventory and ordering of all products, storing and filling of requisition orders and ensuring proper inventory par levels on hand.

Maintain and update all pertinent information with regards to employee personnel files, i.e. compensation reports, evaluations, disciplinary actions, jury duty notices, vacation, sick time, holidays, etc.

Maintain records for purchasing, deliveries and requisition orders.

In conjunction with the Director of Food & Nutrition, assist in the planning of short and long term departmental objectives and adhering to budgets.

Purchasing & Receiving Food Service Supervisor

/Safety Coordinator/D.C.A Supervisor-

Responsible for all of the Purchasing & Receiving operations on a day to day basis and assisted with selecting and planning menus.

Safety Coordinator for the food & Nutrition Department in my Campus.

Ensured compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations CMS, JCHAO, DOH as well as company/client policies and procedures (e.g. HACCP, quality assurance, safety, operations, personnel).

Every other weekend I was responsible for the Dietary Control Assistants (D.C.A) overseeing staff of kitchen and dining room operations; inspected the premises to maintain health, safety and sanitation regulations.
