Oversee the architecture, planning and design for privately held international real estate, investment and development company from pre-development through offering plan and sales. Source and negotiate consulting architects, designers, engineers, landmark specialists. Source vendors and contractors including scope, RFQs, RFPs and budgets for repurposing existing properties and new out of the ground high rise projects in Florida and New York. Liaise with lobbyists, NYC Landmark Preservation Commission (LPC), community boards, NYC council members and DOB.

Oversee planning, repurposing of 108 Leonard Street’s 420,000 square feet 16 story landmark commercial building’s conversion into 169 condominiums in downtown Manhattan with 2 retail spaces, community facility, amenities and rooftop gardens. Plan review and markups

Managed on-site build out of the 7,000 square foot two level sales center with multiple finishes for fully mocked up living, dining, bathrooms and kitchens, and meeting rooms finishes to represent public spaces, interactive screens and models for virtual experiences
