Project Management: Was an active team member of a 4 year transition project that allowed the department to move from an antiquated legacy system to a modern SQL Server based tele-management system. Provided process support as well as the coordination of end user training for new system users and staff.
Software: Coordinating with multiple departments and groups over the course of 2 years, I planned and designed and built a fully functional desktop solution that fully automated a daunting manual audit process. This solution was developed to measure Quality Assurance of our training program.
