After four years completing that career I have moved to CNC(VMC) operator, where developed the skills in programming and operation of CNC(VMC) machines. Then acquired the programming skill in “Master CAM” software and gradually moved to 3D modeling of casting components in packages like “solid works”.

To create the 3D modelof the 2D casting drawings received from customer end, and develop raw block models, patterns and core boxes .

Carrying out design changes in the existing 3D models of patterns & core-boxes as part of Product Development activity.

Model checking and prepare Dimension reports.

Part of the Design Review team, which approves the development of new castings.

To co-ordinate with the pattern shop and drafting team for developing the patterns and core-boxes.

Follow-up with the raw-block suppliers for expediting the pattern making process.

Generating Tool paths for milling Components in CNC machines by using “MASTER CAM”for pattern and core boxes of casting components and also designing 3D models in“Solid works”.
