While the payroll takes care of wage deductions, record keeping and verifying the reliability of pay data, I was able to have the pleasure of taking care of 21 employees.

My experience with the HR side was just as pleasurable; it taught me skills of dealing with different types of personalities and behaviors. My duties were dealing with the personal day to day lives of my employees and their families. Health Care, 401 K plans, and Life Insurance policies. Payables is an easy task of keeping of with the monthly bills, and making sure that the vendors were paid.
