WORKING AS A SHIFT INCHARGE IN1x8MW POWER PLANT.

This plant having 4500TPD kiln and3 no waste heat recovery system boiler AIRQUENCHINGCOOLER BOILER (13.6 TPH working pressure 1.25MPa),SUSPENDED PREHEATER BOILER (27.1 TPH working pressure 1.36MPa), LOW PRESSURE BOILER (6.1TPH working pressure 0.3MPa) make by Nantong Wanda Boiler Co Ltd. AND 1no of low pressure turbine working pressure 1.2MPa and steam temp 370*c with air cooled condenser & ABB DCS.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Preparing commissioning schedules in coordination with equipment testing and commissioning team to match with the project completion plan.

Conducting other tests like specific power consumption for the system/package to ensure that the results are within the pre-committed performance guarantee parameters.

Experience in BOP activities, 5S implementation

Planning and coordinating the Boiler and Turbine DCS Operation and ensuring proper functioning & maintenance of the power plant.

Responsible for smooth cold start-up, hot start-up, normal operation, emergency handling and shutdown of Boiler/Turbine(1x7.76MW).

Responsible for smooth operation of WHRS boiler with maintaining proper parameter.

Co-ordinate with maintenance, personnel for ensuring violation, defect identification, work permit, trials and clearance of jobs prioritized by him.

Monitoring & controlling steam/ air/ fuel/ water parameters to achieve maximum efficiency of boiler & turbines from control room & from field.

Actively involved with major overhauling of machines like Steam Turbine, Condensate Extraction Pump, Cooling Water Pump, Cooling Tower Fan, Boiler Feed Water Pump, ID Fan, FD Fan, PA Fan, etc.

Issue works permits to maintenance department and coordinates with them for equipment isolation and take trial run of equipments after shutdown work.

A flag-ship and fast growing company working with SAP Environment.

It is a Manufacturer of Pig Iron (1500 TPH BLAST FURNACE), Ballets & Bars (90 TPH SMS furnaces),Hot Rolling Mill, Cold Rolling Mill & POWER PLANT (1x18 MW).

The company also has COKE OVEN PLANT & SINTER PLANT which makes raw material for blast furnace.

O&M of 40 TPH AFBC BOILER and its auxiliaries,15MW condensing Turbine and its auxiliaries.

Emergency handling of Boiler as well as turbine.

Performance monitoring and maintain the require parameter for smooth and efficient operation.

Planning of effective maintenance schedule of boiler, turbine and their auxiliaries like condenser, ejector, cooling tower, air compressor etc.
