Gather and collate network requirements of customer by working with Pre Sale and colleagues. Design secure and scalable networks.

CRM team Lead and DSL Provisioning Automation System (Tracer/NGTracer).

Second Level Support to DSL, WiMax, Wireless and Fiber clients Meet 1 HR SLA for problem resolution for CRM.
