Worked with member and non-member ag retail companies in Wisconsin, Iowa and

Northwest Illinois using GROWMARK and outside warehouses to secure fertilizer

supply/position. This was done through developing a forecasting plan for accounts.

During this time fertilizer sales for the territory grew from 368,000 tons to 685,000 tons.

I was able to work out of my home office and it made for a lot of road time.

Responsibilities included supervision of sales staff (5), location managers (4), procuring

fertilizer, seed & crop protection supplies, pricing and setting up programs, equipment

acquisition as well as crop department budgeting.
