OUTBOUND INVENTORY PLANNER -2013 TO 2015 SANDVIK MINING

• Responsible for handling of SAP/AS400 order flow and ensure that orders are delivered within the required delivery times against minimal logistics costs.

• Check orders for accuracy and schedule orders against outstanding purchase orders. Ensure criticality codes and modes of transportation are monitored for order fulfillment. Expedite urgent orders and Daily communication with sales organization around costs and services.

• Order processing including claims in SAP and account management. Planning and scheduling the outbound material flow and communication to sales /external companies and improving.

TRANSPORTATION PLANNER/ACCOUNT MANAGER -2008 TO 2013 KIMBERLY-CLARK ATLANTA, GA

•SAP sourcing for carrier selection and service levels across multiple mills/carton facilities. Specific task include Transportation Management System for outbound and inbound carrier selection based on cost, service, and level of commitment.

•Account Managers are assigned distributors and Healthcare facilities in a geographic territory of a designated product line. Collaborate with administrative support, customers and sales regarding reports, orders, product availability and current pricing.

•Place orders for Distributors, Kimberly-Clark Professional and Safety/ Scientific products. Processing sales orders through EDI and transferring into the SAP Order System.

•Processes team daily work assignments, assisting distribution with shipping resolution and workflow updates. Work closely with logistics to ensure shipping adheres scheduled delivery dates. Assist in the resolution of OSD and customer claims. Trouble shooting within the customer portal, including password re-set and data recovery.
