Increase throughput of the manufacturing Process Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant

Applied lean six sigma methodology and DMAIC concept to increase the throughput of the product line. Used JMP tools and VISIO to develop RFQ logs and created the control chart for the process.

Rectified root cause of a problem and analyzed the process for problem solution.

Fabrication of Prototype of Multi-Functional Elevator Osmania University

Designed a prototype of a multi-directional elevator different from the functioning of the traditional elevator using AutoCAD.

The mechanism involved in the design is the integrated slider-chain mechanism facilitating the movement of the elevator both horizontal and vertical.

Fabricated the design of the prototype and Integrated Circuits with relays were utilized for the electrical functioning of the elevator.
