In-house Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster. I investigated, evaluated and settled General Liability, Garage Keepers, Commercial Auto and For Hire claims.

Over twenty-five (25) years of experience as a claims adjuster and Litigation Specialist in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry.

As a claims adjuster, I investigated, evaluated, negotiated and settled claims for personal automobile bodily injury liability, property damage liability, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, as well as general liability, personal injury protection, commercial automobile and home owners insurance claims.

As a Litigation Specialist, I handled Bodily Injury, PIP, Bad Faith, Wrongful Death and Coverage Issues with Declaratory Action claims. I learned about litigation protocols, how to evaluate and negotiate settlements in litigation claims.

I participated in many mediations and trials as a company representative.

Circuit Civil Mediator, South Florida (March 2010-April 2012)

Circuit Civil Foreclosure Mediations. I was a member of the foreclosure panels at the Collins Center and Oasis in Miami-Dade County, the American Arbitration Association in Broward 2

County and the Palm Beach Bar in Palm Beach County. Those panels closed in 2012. I mediated a total of sixty (60) foreclosure cases.

County Mediator, Miami-Dade County, Florida (August 2009-August 2012)

Independent Contract Vendor assigned to the Mediation Unit of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court for Miami-Dade County. I mediated over fifteen hundred (1,500) cases.
