Leveraged Financial and HR systems to improve business processes and reduce costs. Integrated disparate business applications in order to improve operational practices and business intelligence. These accomplishments were a result of studying business practices, collaborating with process stake holders, and offering a superior alternative. Serving as the project manager, worked with various technical experts on teams including infrastructure (servers, SANs, networks) and Web designers. Built CRC’s Data Warehouse and populated it with key data elements from various applications including ERP, HCM, Document Management, EMR, Active Directory, SFDC, and various others. Expert in SQL scripting, SQL stored procedures, SQL views, and .NET programming as well as having SSIS and SSRS experience. Also, built CastIron integration orchestrations to ETL data from cloud-based applications to premise-based SQL databases.

Conceived, designed, created, and implemented an ETL process between Dynamics GP and Xerox DocuShare which profoundly improved the efficiency of payables processing and information access. This steeply reduced operating expenses on a number of operational levels.
