•Present working as CCR Operator (KILN/RAW MILL 4000T/D) Supplied by FCB, France and plant operating DCS Systems Supplied by Siemens, Germany.

JOB PROFILE

•Responsible for manage the operation of the whole plant to run with targeted production with specific power consumption, quality with permissible limits of emissions with safety.

•To attend Process trouble shootings for the whole plant (KILN Pre-heater Cooler Reclaimer stacker Lime stone crusher, ball mills for Cement Mill, lime stone, Gypsum crusher and Clinker handling Sections).

•Co-Ordinating with inter departmental activities and cooperating inter departments for scheduled maintenance.

•Cross check the Process parameters & Physical measurements

•Inspection of the plant equipments and take the corrective actions during the shut down of the plant.

Carry out the chamber sampling, ball mill make up charging, grinding media estimation by free height method, finding separator efficiency, balls wear rate etc.

•Responsible for maintaining the ISO 9002 standards in the department.
