Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage requisitions in accordance to the recruitment process. This includes maintaining accurate

documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities to meet compliance requirements. Create innovative sourcing strategies.

Source, select and screen appropriate candidates to be evaluated by the Hiring Manager, overseeing fairness and objectivity of the process and ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.

Delivers appropriate candidates within time frame and cost parameters defined in SLA.

Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Line Managers to develop and execute recruiting best practices.

Seeks ways to improve key performance indicators and efficiency.

Takes every opportunity to deliver more than expected goal.

Provides expert support to line managers, ensures

candidate engagement, and drives change using data and facts.

Conducts phone screens and ensures minimum

competencies requirements are fulfilled by candidates. Will work to establish the correct pipeline and to ensure understanding of job and availability of the profile. Participates in strategic recruitment meetings with hiring managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, shape the right profile and agree on the

recruitment strategy with SLA.
