Manage warehouse inventory levels, consisting of over 70K SKUs worth $200M across 3 warehouses, which includes working with Finance to develop the budgets, reporting accruals and providing forecasts for each site.
Consolidated the planning and purchasing efforts previously performed by 14 separate organizations to a single streamline warehouse material handling and financial process to more effectively utilize capital and reduce transportation costs.
