Role: Salesforce Administrator/ Business Analyst.

SunPower is a world standard in solar solutions for homes, businesses and utilities. Also, SunPower solar panels consistently deliver more energy and long-term peace of mind with the highest performing solar power systems available. At SunPower, Salesforce has been used to implement the Marketing domain and also for implementing the Sales channel using Partner Portal where Partners can login and create Customers and generate quotes.


Involved in requirement’s gathering and conducted business technical meetings.

I used to consider all the possible discounts while quoting and made arrangements to get approval from the Senior Managers.

Configured and customized the Salesforce platform for the whole enterprise.

I used to check the status and control the project at all stages of SFDC. Modifying the project requirements based on the customer requests and updating the development team.

Worked on data modeling and created Security Models using Profiles and Permission sets and enforced security at data level using Org-wide defaults.
