Coordinate internal and external teams to provide solutions for delivery of applications for Global Public Affairs (GPA), Compliance, Citi’s Technology Infrastructure (CTI) and Citi Inclusive Finance. Tracked project progress through meetings and issuance of meeting minutes with action items and deliverables as well as issue tracking.

Ensured all defined milestones met plan by managing projects for CTI PMO under several portfolios, including Information Security, Data Protection, Infrastructure and Datacenter; utilizing Planview and Microsoft Project.

Expanded Citi’s customer reach and branding by facilitating development of mobile applications for Citi including Citi News, Citi Fitness Challenge and Citi Ambassadors a new social network based application all while utilizing AWS.

Managed the identification, vendor negotiation, installation and certification of several third party vendor applications within CTI. This was initiated by researching potential vendors; issuing RFP’s to rate/rank the vendor’s solutions and scheduling of vendor application demos. This process would allow Citi to determine which vendors would be candidates for a more detailed evaluation.

Implemented and certified Siteminder (SSO), Safeword, One Time Password (token and SMS based), E-mail Encryption, PKI and HP Network Monitoring products. This was accomplished by coordinating efforts with Citi architecture team who performed testing in a lab environment to ensure applications adhered to Citi’s information security standards.

Generated new application being integrated as Citi tool from successful testing by managing proof of concept of Meta Compliance for tracking employee review of compliance polices for EMEA team. This is now being deployed globally.

Created a more user friendly experience and ease of customization by managing migration of Citi Policy Directory from a Documentum based system to SharePoint.

Enabled San Francisco K-12 students to save for college by coordinating efforts with Sapient for developing Citi Youth Savings. Program is being deployed across the US.

Reduced time to market of various Citi campaigns by supporting media services, creating and delivering videos for broadcast internally and externally.

Provided support for Olympics campaign by managing design and implementation of Citi Every Step.

Coordinated Vulnerability Assessment (VA) testing for externally facing applications by working with internal/external developers on remediation of all priority, high, and medium findings prior to “go-live” of application.

Managed the infrastructure build and implementation of SiteMinder integration with Citi’s Rainbow application. While utilizing various Citi tools i.e. ServiceNow, TCRS, Aperture etc.

Planview subject matter expert (SME) for the CTI PMO. In this role I was the go to person for all questions related to Planview as well as the assigned tester of the application when new features and enhancements were deployed. Additionally represented Citi within the general Planview user community.

Project Manager

While working within an established PMO utilizing the Dimension Data Primer corporate project management methodology (PMI compliant), simultaneously project managed the deployment of technology infrastructure solutions at customer sites in a timely manner and within budget. Delivered project solutions as per the project charter and the SOW while tracking issues and actions as well as creating test plans to assure quality delivery of the defined solution through the full project life cycle. Projects involved technologies such as SAN, NAS, WLAN, networking, VOIP, UNIX, Novell, NT etc. engagements included:

Managed the implementation of various network infrastructure components during numerous customer engagements (Cisco networking equipment and Wintel servers). Technology deployed included firewalls, network design and implementation, security, VoIP and intrusion detection.

EMC - As a partner Project Manager (subcontracted from Dimension Data to EMC), managed the deployment of SANs at various customer sites utilizing EMC’s suite of products i.e. Symmetrix, SRDF, EDM, Clariion, Centera, etc. Coordinated data migration and scheduled downtimes within the business units for application deployment as well as microcode upgrades. Responsibilities included scheduling acceptable downtime windows, user testing of applications after migration was completed as well as creating back-out plans if end-user testing was unsuccessful. In addition to performing in a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) capacity for Depository Trust.

Cablevision – Project managed several enterprise projects for the Open Systems Group: Enterprise Backup Implementation (EDM, Legato), Enterprise Storage/Server Growth, Internet/Intranet Server Migration, Fibre Interconnectivity, E-Business Architecture as well as numerous BAU projects. This was accomplished by working closely with the Cablevision technical staff and businesses to prepare timelines, schedule downtimes as well as check-outs to ensure appropriate testing was completed and signed-off in order to declare success of implementations.

JP Morgan Chase - Managed migration of 1200 desktop users from token ring to Ethernet for JPMC. Responsibilities included management of engineers in network redesign as well as scheduling the migration of desktops throughout the departments. This was completed earlier than planned and under budget.
