AOTS Tickets of AT&T Managed Service Outage at Customer End, also collate all Associate

Productivity, and Creating Dashboards to highlight the same to the managers.

Handling Payroll,AttendanceRoster &Productivity tracker and maintaining MIS for the

Clarification of the managing level.

Responsible to create and modify the reports as per the new business requirement.

Responsible to help Team member in case they have any issue related to MS Excel and

or macro related issue.

Prioritize the complaints/requests of customers by sorting them according to their severity

and nature, and allocating them within the set SLA after proper close looping with the

customer.

Generating and analyzing reports of complaint received & send it to concern departments.

Join the weekly call conference with the client to explain the dashboards and SLAs.
