Project 1: Design, optimize & thermal flow analysis to determine the pouring time of aluminum as 32 seconds for a 70kg casting part into the gravity mold to obtain the product with desired flawless properties. Design solutions for aerospace and automobile parts, plastic parts, electrical parts, air cooling and vacuum fitting parts etc.

Project 2: Design optimization for production cost including casting, machining, GD&T, draft analysis, solving design related problems to facilitate special intricate features.

Project 3: Continuous Process improvement by fishbone, Root cause analysis methods, Lean manufacturing & SIX sigma principles to reduce production cost and time for company & customers to significant amount. Raw material testing by spectrometry.

Project 4: FEA, DFMEA & Structural analysis for manufacturability of casting products. Simulation for flaw detection as hot spot, cracks, shrinkage, air trap, chilling etc. Also provide design & machining guidelines for aluminum parts for CNC milling, lathe and other finishing operations.
