Center for Transformative Innovation (CeTi) in EMC is an entrepreneurial set up and has two products, Life Care Private & Life Care Public. Life Care Public is an Android application on tab, aimed at primary health care. It covers child & maternal health, communicable & non-communicable diseases. NCD Life Care application is live in one of the states of India covering 4.2 million users. Another solution (MMHC) which caters to women’s health across primary, secondary and tertiary is live as well with 15,000 user base catering to 9 million citizens and is being customized for other states with a pan-India implementation. This program has multiple development tracks in existing and new product development, customization and deployment across several customer sites. Product includes Android application as well as web based portals for secondary and tertiary screening and analytics. Delivery and implementation team was spread across multiple locations.

A BI roadmap was laid out to execute this as multiple projects, phased out over a 4-year period. As part of this, all the customer data from various legacy systems was consolidated into a single customer view. Product repository consolidated all product details in EDW, FMI brought in all financial data into the EDW. Core Data Layer loaded all the data relating to Policy, Annuity, Claims, Benefits, Customers, Reinsurance, Premiums from 6 systems into the EDW. This project enabled availability of accurate and consistent information related to policy and customer across Prudential to drive insightful business outcomes. This project won the award from Informatica for the largest Informatica implementation.
