Designed an Access user interface to create bar-coded manifests and store a record of the inventory being transacted.

Created an expedite reporting tool, using Visual Basics, Access, and Outlook, to enable the efficient submission and tracking of lost parts requests.

Designed a tool that interfaces with an Oracle database to query order substitution failures, which resulted in a net $25k daily write-off reduction.
