• I was promoted to IT Technician which included all aspects of ordering, set-up, cabling, and all hardware and software installation. This included network software, our proprietary POS and inventory software and all upgrades and assistance post install. I served in this position for 32 months
• Promoted to Regional Manager for the Western Oregon territory. I was responsible for assisting 42 hardware stores in my region. Duties included cold call on competitive hardware stores to switch to the True Value brand. Advise and ensure that all stores in my region were running both fiscally sound and initiated new programs to increase revenue. Implemented all aspects for new and remodeled stores to meet set timelines. I finished my service for True value hardware ending in 28 months as Regional Manager. I was laid off due to economic hardships within the company and received a severance package.
