(2) Contract Administrator for Cooper Industries, Upland. Responsible for Government Progress Payments, Quality System, and was the Consulting Engineer for M-16 rifle magazine manufacturing. Develop internal procedures for compliance with DOD 51M00.76, Arms/Weapon Storage. This requirement was for safe/secure on-site storage of 22 each M-16 rifles and 505,000 5.56mm ammo rounds.

(3) GKN Aerospace – Garden Grove - Contract Quality. As9100C Accreditation audit prep., Developed a Developed a Supplier Control Computer Program to track and measure Supplier Performance.
