PROFILE

I would be honored to offer my services to your organization. I completed a master’s degree in Business Administration at Lagos Business School, attaining an MBA and currently on a Doctorate degree in California Miramar University. I am currently working on a research topic on the “impact of onboarding process on employee productivity and culture perception of the organization”. I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time make me the perfect candidate for the role. This position particularly interests me because of my passion for making strategic decisions in an organization that makes customers understand the product/service and so our value proposition remains top of mind. During my MBA programme, I studied topics such as Human Resource Management, Marketing, Management Communication, Service Management, Analysis of Business Problems, Negotiation, Managing Office Politics and Power, Project Management and the skills learned from these modules have given me an excellent foundation for building a career.

Aside from my degree, I have built upon my interest in this field in a number of ways. I have completed online courses in Strategic human resource management, recruitment and selection, performance management, modern Human Resource Management, Time management, Organizational change. I am about to write a HR certification Associate Professional in Human Resources-International (aPHRi). I have volunteered to work with SMEs to build their value proposition, build their customer base and retain them especially on the digital space. I have worked on HR projects with a facilitator at Lagos Business School Dr. Henry Onukwuba. I believe that effective business management is vital to the long-term sustainability of any organization. Employees are the most important resource of any organization, they are internal customers whose needs are to be met which will in turn facilitate organizational productivity. How do we as an organization align our business goals and objectives to the interests of our employees that in the long run will yield positive results for both parties?

Effective communication, performance monitoring and evaluation are crucial to the ultimate career growth of the employees which will in turn increase organizational productivity. I am a keen believer of improving internal business processes with Information Technology which has been proven overt ime to help lower operational expenses in the long term.
