The objective of Shell International Global Networks (“SIGN”) is to provide a secure platform for online discussion within communities of practice. The application is being owned and maintained by Shell Global Solutions International B.V. (“SGSI”).
SIGN is a platform that consist of public and private networks. Each network consists of one or more public or private discussion boards. The networks and discussion boards each have a moderator, responsible for compliance monitoring and for taking appropriate and mitigating action in case of non-compliance such as deleting a discussion or a file. Moderators have a responsibility to take mitigating actions if they detect security incidents. In addition, moderators are responsible for monitoring the quality of discussions in their forum, where Principal Technical Experts and Subject Matter Experts may be used to provide content validation and quality assurance when applicable. The tool supports this process with various features, moderators can for example delete and edit user entries or conclude discussions so that they cannot be modified any further

If the customer is want to create a Appointment for test drive or any information, Then Sales consultant can create Appointment as a follow up for the corresponding Lead. If the Sales Consultant clicks on the Open Appointments, then he can see all the appointments on that day and appointment with are not closed and he can edit appointment, if required. After if sales consultant wants to update any information on Lead he will click “Search Lead” and updates the lead and create follow up, if Necessary.

Then Supervisor will click on Notification, then he will check for his service orders. Based on the customer address supervisor will assign the Technician for the order. Technician will click on Notification and he will check for his orders and call the customer using tab, update his appointment to visit in tab.
Technician will visit the customer home as per appointment, and repaint damaged item, take the photo if any warranty is there to item and finally take the signature of the customer using tab then update to SAP.

After completion of Sales and Service, call center people will call to customers and take the feedback, If any customer wants to make any complaint, call center people will create a complaint.
In Sales Complaints, E-mails will go as follows.
On creation of the complaint employee responsible with get the mail with the attachment of PDF, this contains details about the complaint. If Employee not completed his complaint with in one day, after 1stand 2nd day mail will go to the Branch In charge. If Brach In charge also not able to complete, then mail will go to Branch Head on 4th day. If Branch Head not able to complete the complaint then mail will go to GM on 5th day. If GM also not completed the complaint mail will go to MD on 6th Day.All Brach Heads, Branch In charges, GM’s and MD
