January 2011- April 2011 Designed the Belt Conveyor System for the transportation of coal.
By following the standard design procedure, the belt width, belt speed, number of idlers, power required to drive the pulley(KW),Motor power(KW) required, pulley dimensions, etc., were determined and different accessories (gearbox, coupling, etc.,) were selected.

Worked extensively in the design and analysis of the sheet metal components of the earth moving machines such as Wheel loaders, Compacters, Tractors, etc.
Based on the requirements and inputs given by the Client, three or four different concepts were designed and analyzed using Creo and Creo Simulate CAD package.
The best among the design was selected and the project deliverables included CAD files and fully detailed drawings of the finalized design. SPECIAL SKILLS & Great 3D modelling and analysis skills. INTERESTS Good programming skill.
