Project Description: Labor Demand and Supply Management (LDSM) is the process of aligning and optimizing labor demand and supply which needs.

Duration: 1 Year

Roles & Responsibility:

Roles & responsibility:

• Assures that the standards, processes, and procedures are appropriate for the project and they are correctly implemented.

• Audit the work done by the other team if ITIL process is followed and everything is updated accordingly.

• Audit all the project related documents, methods, tools, and procedures followed to provide service to the customer.

• Analyze contract data and prepare draft version of process performance baseline reports. Review and finalize Process performance baseline reports with Practice Management and Practice Quality Manager.

• Publish Process performance baseline reports.

• Consolidate, analyze and present MSM review and present to senior management.

• Monitor SLA/KPI system and ensure all contracts data is entered in the SLA/KPI system.

• Collate back to green action plan for KPI's not met.

• Collate OLA data from support groups, as per defined frequency. Publish OLA report.
