HIGHLIGHTS OF QUALIFICATIONS
• Managed security programs for multi-building and multi-campus facilities that included offices, manufacturing, distribution centers and packaging and research facilities, to include animal research facilities.

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
• Made liaison with the Kuwaiti Ministry of interior regarding road trafficking, convoys, road safety and security and criminal incidents around military sites throughout Kuwait.
• Coordinated the force protection and anti–terrorism and security efforts of a military operation in Kuwait; marshaled the efforts of intelligence, counter-intelligence, police, investigators and host units.
• Is the subject matter expert on southeast Europe, including history, current events, national security objectives and other fiscal and strategic factors.
