ADMINISTRATION

Founded and managed Arcticlean Janitorial Services in Inuvik, N.W.T. which eventually had 12 employees and provided services to approximately 25 customers. Similarly owned and managed Gallery 3 Custom Picture Framing in Phoenix, AZ for a very successful five years. Owned and operated 3 nightclubs in Nashville, TN for ten years, as well as being an employee of Gibson Guitars.

A successful 15 year career with two levels of government where I worked in the personnel departments of Advanced Education and Manpower, together with the Department of Justice. I was responsible for recruitment and selection of employees, position classification and compensation, organization analysis, employee relations and the training of staff.

Volunteered as caregiver for my elderly mother for a ten year period. SUPERVISION

Supervised the daily operations of Arcticlean, Placer Personnel, Gallery 3, and the Nashville nightclubs. Most recently had oversight of shuttle drivers at Big 4 Motors.

Developed an atmosphere of collaboration, consensus formation, instruction and teamwork with each of my work experiences.
