Knowledge of Python, MySQL

Certificates: SAS Base Programming (score: 95%), SAS Advanced programming for SAS 9 (score: 98%), SAS Clinical Trials Programming Using SAS 9 - Accelerated Version (score: 90%) Selected Projects:

1. Survival analysis of PBC data.

Data: Mayo Clinic trial in primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) of the liver conducted between 1974 and 1984 including 424 PBC patients with 20 variables SAS procedures used: proc lifetest, proc lifereg, proc phreg and proc nlmixed Conclusion: Under non-parametric analysis, we selected 7 potential variables by checking the 17 covariants. There was no significant difference between two treatments. We fited COX proportional hazard model and parametric model with weibull distribution for further residual analysis.

2. Comparison of low income housing in New Jersey, Oklahoma and Colorado. Data: US census data of three states

SAS procedures used: proc freq, proc univariate, proc anova, proc logistic and proc mixed Conclusion: Logistic regression, Lasso and Elastic Net Models were performed. We found 3 variables were relevant for predicting the affordability of housing in three states. 3. Hospital selection to increase sales of orthopedic equipment. Data: 3000 hospitals in the US chosen at random

SAS procedures used: proc import, proc univariate, proc factor, proc score, proc cluster, proc tree, proc means, proc reg and proc genmod

2 of 2

Conclusion: Exploratory data analysis uncovered right skew of all non-binary variables. Through case selection, transformation, factor analysis, cluster analysis and Regression, we recommended 5 hospitals as target markets. Research and Professional Experiences:
