Pega Systems Experience

While supporting the Ditech business process automation project I was trained over three weeks on how to use the Pega System as a team member. Additionally I also participated in some online Pega training on the Pega Academy website. The Ditech automation project was unique in that we were using Pega not only to support the project and to document requirements/user stories, but Pega was also to be the system used to automate the Ditech business processes. This duality did provide me a unique insight in to how Pega can be used
