Major Responsibilities :

prepare of Piping isometric drawings, P&I D and Piping Layouts.

Responsible in pipeline project planning, screening of pipeline project opportunities, route selection, third party and environmental impact studies, feasibility assessments and concept selections, and front-end design.

Review Plot Plan, Equipment Layout and Piping Layout based on applicable Codes & Standard and Client requirements.

Planning the required job materials for fabrication, and raising new materials request and procurement according to the requirements.

Material take–offs (Bill of material), drawing up material specifications.

Review and approve the Field design change request submitted by sub Contractor’s and ensure compliance with Reference Std, project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and best practices.

Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers and clients.

Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings.

Assisting in Strength Test package Preparation and Performed testing on hydraulic and pneumatic systems and in accordance to international standards according to test packs.

Responsible for carrying out Mechanical Clearance, Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre-Commissioning requirements for the project.

Involve with problem solving team.

Coordinated with contractor and prepared all schedules for project.

Monitored all supplies provided by external vendors and ensured that all materials was in accordance to quality standards.

Co-ordinate with the sub-contractor for quality control.

Reviews schedules and time-frames for all projects and machineries, preventive maintenance and testing and inspections.

Familiarize the project standards, mechanical specification & procedure.

Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping / mechanical.

Ensure that hydro test reinstatement is to be done as per procedure.

Ensure that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no prolongation of project.

Preparation of pipeline item data sheets for procurement.

Procurement of pipeline items that includes RFQ, TBE, PO and VDR.

Checking of pipeline alignment sheets.

Stability and Integrity Analysis for underground pipelines.

Knowledge on plot plan, key plan, piping GA, piping isometric & final MTO.

Sizing of pipes and pressure drops.

Design and generate piping supports as per standards.

Knowledge on ASTM, ASME and other codes and standards.

Proficient in piping material specification.

Knowledge on flexibility analysis with Caesar-II.

Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers and clients.
