Project Description
He led structured cabling projects with us. He also did some fire alarm systems. He did a little bit of access control. He was leading teams of 1-6 depending on the job.
Cultural Environment
He is able to take direction well from management and works well with our teams.
Job Duties & Technologies
His day to day job duties would consist of managing his team and giving them tasks. Doing quality control and making sure they completed the work. He would send reports to me and management by the end of each day. He would have to deal with the customer, onsite stakeholders, general contractors or other foreman from other trades and coordinate with him.
Technical Performance & Ability
On a scale of 1 - 10 I would rate his technical ability to complete his work an 8. I thought he was very proficient; we did a lot of everything. I don't feel like I got to see his full potential of what he can do, but what he was asked to do he completed well.
Non-Technical Skills
He did a good job, but proficient enough in what we asked him.
Strengths & Areas for Improvement
Greatest Strength: He is pretty tenacious, when given a task he will follow it through completely.
Area of improvement: Everyone can improve in areas and he could try to improve on his communication
Attendance & Reliability
He is on time and punctual.
