I am Selvakumar.N dedicated mechanical engineer with 3 years experience mechanical designing composite components. MINI PROJECT : DEIGN AND FABRICATION PNEUMATIC LIFTING JACK

We know that the ordinary lifting jockey which can be used in lifting the vehicle of different weight.In all the cases we can be lift only by rotating the screw head, by means of this screwing technique totally our head power is must. Nowadays, aged persons and woman are also been using the cars and they can’t able to liff the jocky. So they are helpless at the moment. In notice of that we inserted a technique by lifting the jockey with a leg pedal by means of air. We press the pedal with the leg to apply the air, the air which enter the hydraulic oil tank and pressure up the jockey to lift up. This can be of easy way to lift the vehicle and save time.Using this techhnique we able to lift about the average of 2tons, it will be extended by the same technique in the huge mechanics to lift the heavy loaded vehicle

MINI PROJECT :FABRICATION OF EMISSION CONTROL TWO STROKE PETROL ENGINE USING MULTISPARK

The emission control of petrol two stroke engine using multispark. Even though it complicated to convert to gas in two stroke engine,Fuel power inevitably finds a very important role in a development of the plant ‘s economy and technical growth.Insprire of their high thermal efficiency, one can’t ignore the fact about the atmosphere.it is a well-known fact that the toxic gases emitted in petrol engine are less then diesel engine. That is one of the advantageous projet conserving the cost and scarcity of gesoline. The compression ratio of the engine is from hydro emission which we have avoided for the reason that if we suit the engine for it will not work in petrol
