Successfully led a diverse team of engineering and safety experts through a detailed Hazard and Operability Study of a 41,500 lb. ammonia refrigeration system resulting in 71 safety improvements to the entire system (node analysis, process review, SOP, incident frequency / severity review.

Successfully led a process safety / engineering team through a new $1.9 M drug manufacturing process that exceeded customer expectations and product yield.

Successfully led a diverse team of engineering and safety experts through a detailed Hazard Operability study of a $4M pharmaceutical grade underground ethanol storage and delivery system, resulting in 63 recommendations for operations and safety improvements.

Reduced Total Recordable Incident Rate (enXco energy TRIR) from 4.65 to 2.44 during the first 24 months of employment and down to 1.63 at the third year by focusing on relationship building and trust, as well as increased situational awareness, personal accountability and workable safety programs.
