BMS:-

Termination of DDC panels of all the mention brands.

Installation of BMS sensors, transmitters, actuators, etc...

Cabling & Containment of BMS network & control cables.

Able to read and trace the BMS diagrams.

The following are the some of the BMS control/monitored equipments

Chiller automation system.

Air handing units automation.

Fan coil unit control system.

Lighting control panels.

Monitoring of the equipments like DG, C.O detection system, LV & HV panels etc… Also responsible for attending break down of all BMS, connected equipments, coordinate with contractors for attending snags and periodic maintenance.

Security / Electronic System:

Fire Alarm control:-

Have done the cabling conducting, installation of sensors & panel and assisted the commissioning of fire alarm system in different projects.

Public addressing system Have done cabling, conducting of the system.

HVAC Systems -

Chillers, AHU, FAHU, FCU, CCU, aware of functioning maintenance, parameter setting.

Chilled water pumps: able to making sure mechanical and electrical maintenance of pumps are properly done, able to trouble the BMS control of pumps and can handle variable speed drivers. Upgrades & motivation of personnel.

To carryout quality control on daily basis inspection on site (Workmanship, protection of materials, etc).

Electrical systems: -

Able to trouble shoot and maintain electrical equipments, reading power and control writing diagrams. Familiar with and able to handle the following electrical equipments.

Installation, termination and maintenance of AC motor for pumps and blowers.

Termination and commissioning of different types of starters like VFD, DOL starters.
