Cutter head overhaul to include replacement of – Replacing the cutter Frame. Cutter Head, Replacing Cutter Drums, Shear cylinders & rekitting, Stripping and assembling cutter head, clutches and torque shaft replacement.
Gather Head overhaul – Replacing gather motors and gearboxes, replacing connecting shafts. Replacing Centrifugal Loading Arms and Replacing the Spade.
Traction Unit – Replacement and overhaul of Crawler Chains and Lifting machine off the ground to aid the Replacement of Cat Ligners, tensioning using the wedge type take up assembly and the Grease type Assembly.
Water piping for Dust and Methane suppression, Miner Motor Cooling System.
Hydraulics troubleshooting for cutter, gather, stab, swing and water function.
Shuttle Car 10SC32 and Philips Cars
Re-Building and refurbishing of Joy S/cars. Replacements of – traction motors, head shafts, wet brakes, ball joints, crossover drag links, prop-shafts, universal joints, steering alignment, wheel unit replacement and change of tyres, spooling mechanism and cable drums, conveyor chains and tail shaft replacement.
Feeder Breaker [Buffalo & Phillips]
Drive unit assembly, crusher drum and head & tail shaft installation, picks change, dust suppression, chain installations, replacement and maintenance.
