Geeks On Site Computer Field Technician February 2015 – September 2015.

Duties: Set work schedule while remaining on call for jobs. Drove to home/business for computer service or setup, printer service or setup, media centers and sound systems issues, system cleaning (remove viruses, malware, anti-spyware, and rootkits), suggested parts for upgrades or outdated equipment. Backup or restore lost or corrupted files. Removed unwanted programs or popups. Worked with Apple and Window products as well as mobile devices. Learned: To think on my feet in any computer repair situation, listen to the customers concerns and needs while applying them to the situation, learned when to suggest new equipment versus repairs, handle multiple issues and/or tasks while remaining focused on the job at hand.
