Experience

An independent distributor of LIPSENSE lipstick and SENEGENCE cosmetics. As branch manager of AAA travel, I was hired as the last manager to work in this location before it was closed due to company budgeting and the increase of individuals seeking their own travel purchases online.

**I was in charge of troubleshooting with airlines on customers' behalf, keeping up the customer service level within the branch, event bookings and promotional events, ticketing and reservations. hiring and firing.

With CI travel, I begin as a part-time corporate travel agent. Due to repeated compliments on my customer service skills by my travel clients, I was promoted twice to in-house agent for Old Dominion University and The Dollar Tree Corporation and was chosen to be the designated agent for NASA's foreign internship for engineers. I truly value customer service relationships and I truly truly enjoy troubleshooting for customers on various issues that arise.

As corporate travel agent, I was awarded top sales by USAir airlines twice during my tenure there, and was also promoted to account manager after such a successful sales. I regard customer service as a lost art, and as the most important factor in a professional relationship. I regard customer service as a lost art, and as the most important factor in a professional relationship. I also regard troubleshooting for customers, not only challenging and rewarding, but necessary as part of the entire customer service experience.

I believe this is why I was promoted to account manager. And unexpected move sent me to Virginia Beach shortly after this though where I pursued a dining career while also maintaining a very successful travel agent position with CI Travel. Education
