Proparks of America – Shipment Coordinator
Coordinate with drivers to ensure all shipments are exact and all accounted for. Train new drivers to be familiar with the process and delivery routes. Troubleshoot and resolve any daily issues to ensure all orders get completed.

Microsemi– Inventory Management/ Quality Assurance
To be accountable for every product manufactured or partially produced under Actel. As inventory management, the safety of the parts are main concerns in setting any arrangements. Knowing the process for each individual pieces is important in the categorizing under JD Edwards inventory log ERP system.
All shipments in the international inventory was managed and set for Military use under the ITAR regulation. Only employees who was ITAR (international military shipping process) certified was allowed access to the international inventory.
The Quality Assurance of each item being shipped must be inspected to ensure the process has been met for each part. The attention to detail and focus to make sure the quality of Actel sets the standard in the industry.

Alloy CP – Logistics Manager and CSR
As logistics manager, it was my responsibility to make sure the daily inventory was balanced to allow the flow of sales order. Keeping communications with the billing and sales manager, communicating with clients to meet the company standard was essentials. This include face to face meetings and over the phone adjustments of trouble-shoot and order fulfilment.

Ingomo – Customer Liaison
Ingomo was a start up company allowing small businesses to compete with bigger markets by creating high definition video profiles. And working with a small crew, it was essential the relationship between clients and businesses had been bridged through respectful communication. It was my job to coordinate the staff, camera crew and sales rep, with customers. Some highlights, aside from bonuses and raise, has been to meet personally with clients to ensure they will get the highest level of service.
